MU-MIMO
Latest Wireless-AC technology for simultaneous Wi-Fi throughput in high density environments.
Captive Portal
Supports secure and customized guest Wi-Fi access that can be used at many Wi-Fi hotspots to control wireless access in the area.
3-IN-1 ACCESS POINT, WDS & WORKGROUP BRIDGE
Extends wired and wireless range with three modes: traditional access point, wireless distribution system (WDS), or wireless bridge.
EASY TO USE WITH POE+
Integrated 802.3at Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) capability eliminates external adapters and facilitate optimal placement.
SINGLE POINT CONTROL: CLUSTERING
Simplifies administration and management efforts with a Single Point Control, reducing the costs and complexity of managing multiple wireless access points.
COMPREHENSIVE NETWORK SECURITY
Protect and secure your wireless network with business class security features including Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA/WPA2), 802.1X Supplicant Authentication, MAC-based ACL, Rogue AP Detection, S
AC WI-FI CONNECTIVITY DELIVERS ROBUST WIRELESS PERFORMANCE
The LAPAC2600 Access Point leverages the latest Wireless-AC technology to ensure faster Wi-Fi speeds and increased productivity for your entire office. The access point features dual wireless bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and delivers combined speeds of up to 2.53 Gbps to support high-bandwidth activities such as video conferencing and cloud storage syncing.
SEAMLESS ROAMING FOR UNINTERRUPTED CONNECTIONS
Featuring support for 802.11r and 802.11k standards, the LAPAC2600 Access Point allows 802.11r-enabled client devices to roam seamlessly between access points. Your employees will be able to move freely across the office while conducting VoIP or video calls--without any interruptions due to dropped packets or missed handovers.
SIMPLIFIED MANAGEMENT WITH CLUSTERING
The LAPAC2600 Access Point allows centralized management via Clustering to reduce the cost and complexity of managing multiple wireless access points. By enabling you to establish and manage an entire cluster of access points from a single point of control, this feature greatly streamlines administration and can save hours of technical labor. You can use it to configure multiple access points simultaneously and centralize network security.
CAPTIVE PORTAL FOR SECURE GUEST ACCESS
Control and customize guest Wi-Fi access with captive portal. The portal routes users to a special web page for authentication before they are allowed to access the Internet. Ideal for cafés, lobbies, and other Wi-Fi hotspots, this feature helps protect both your guests and your business from unwanted access.
FLEXIBLE DEPLOYMENT OPTIONS
The LAPAC2600 Access Point excels as a standalone access point and as a component of a larger wireless distribution system (WDS). It can also be used as a workgroup bridge to extend the range of your wireless coverage.
POE+ FOR STREAMLINED INSTALLATION
Thanks to its PoE+ (Power over Ethernet Plus) capabilities, the LAPAC2600 Access Point can draw both power and data from a single Ethernet cable. There is no need for a separate power adapter or nearby electrical outlet: simply connect the LAPAC2600 to a PoE-enabled switch, and the access point can function using just one Ethernet cable. The LAPAC2600 Access Point also provides a Web administrative interface for intuitive installation and usage.
ADVANCED WIRELESS SECURITY PROTECTS YOUR DATA
To ensure that your company's data is secure, the LAPAC2600 Access Point is equipped with an array of business-class security features. The access point gives your business full control over access rights with WPA/WPA2 security and 802.1X with RADIUS or Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service that provides administrators with a centralized way to authenticate users on the network. Rogue AP Detection helps administrators identify authorized access points across the network, while 802.1X Supplicant Authentication and MAC address filtering provide an additional layer of protection.
